Describes the variety of fellowship programs for minorities pursuing doctoral degrees in psychology and neuroscience.
Cornell University Fellowship Database: Minorities.
A very surprisingly fine database for graduate-level and postdoctoral awards which can retrieve opportunities for minorities, women, and international students as well as by deadline.
Financial Aid for Minority Students.
Excellent and sound advice with up-to-date Web links for minority students in general and for specific population groups as well. Includes database search services. IMDiversity .com: Guide to Graduate School and Professional School Fellowships
Includes scholarships and fellowships for underrepresented minorities in both general and field-specific areas, with other information such as organizations assisting people of color in graduate and professional studies, employment opportunities at universities, and an index by title of grantmaking organization. The introduction at the Graduate School Channel is worth reading for an overview of contents.
National Consortium for Graduate Degrees for Minorities in Engineering and Science, Inc.
Opportunities for underrepresented minority students for graduate education in science and engineering are offered through a special partnership between GEM employer and university members, which includes the University of Wisconsin - Madison. See this site for details.

International Federation of University Women
The IFUW's Fellowships and Grants Web page. The IFUW is a nonprofit, non-governmental organization of over 180,000 women graduates in 67 national federations. It is "committed to the right of women and girls to education so that they can realize their full potential." (See also the AAUW, with which it is affiliated, described above.)
Margaret McNamara Memorial Fund
An educational fund for women from developing countries enrolled in an accredited educational institution in the U.S. Area of study must include issues that relate to women or children.
