Private and Government Giving:
Offers up-to-date and complete descriptions of approximately 23,000 private and federal funding sources, representing nearly 400,000 funding opportunities. Grants in the non-science areas are included.
This web site has its own database fastWEB Scholarship Search, of over 180,000 private sector funding options, with links to other scholarship databases. This resource requires that you give an email address and create a login. To avoid potential spam associated with this process, consider giving a rarely used (or even bogus) email address.
Provides information on over 10,000 grants available to both individuals and organizations from 4,000 federal, state, and local governments, commercial organizations, associations, and private foundations.

IRIS: Illinois Researcher Information Service
